We do our very best to secure your bookings along everyone else. So please keep in mind, everyone involved when cancelling/rescheduling events. Please try to commit to event schedules.


Cancellation Policy

We try to keep our booking policy very simple for everyone :) Most events are booked well in advance, beyond weeks or months (because planning takes a long time!) -- However we understand those last minute bookings. So, here are the booking policies: ________________________________ 1) OUR STANDARD MAIN POLICY: --------------------------------------------- A) All clients pay a 100% DEPOSIT, to secure bookings B) All clients get a FULL REFUND, if performers/vendors cancel, at anytime C) We will quickly replace cancelled performers/vendors for your events D) If we cannot get a replacement in time, we will credit your future booking ________________________________ 2) REFUND RULES --------------------------------------------- All clients get a FULL REFUND, if cancel for any reason, except: ________________________________ A. With ONLY 7 DAYS Left of Start Time -------------------------------------------- - Client gets a 50% REFUND, if cancels anytime after (72Hrs / 3 days left), before start time - Client can still RESCHEDULE their event to a FUTURE DATE & TIME, with their 50% balance - Client gets NO REFUND, if cancels anytime after (24hrs / 1 day left), before start time ________________________________ B. With ONLY 3 DAYS Left of Start Time --------------------------------------------- - Client gets a 50% REFUND, if cancels anytime after (48Hrs / 2 days left), before start time - Client can still RESCHEDULE their event to a FUTURE DATE & TIME, with their 50% balance - Client gets NO REFUND, if cancels anytime after (12hrs / half-day left), before start time ________________________________ C. For SAME DAY Bookings -------------------------------------------- - Client gets a 50% REFUND, if cancels anytime after (6Hrs left), before start time - Client can still RESCHEDULE their event to a FUTURE DATE & TIME, with their 50% balance - Client gets NO REFUND, if cancels anytime after (3Hrs left), before start time ________________________________ 3) PERFORMANCES & EVENT SETTINGS -------------------------------------------- - Performances & event settings cannot be always guaranteed, as much as we have amazing recommendations - All talents, acts, setup crews, helpers, etc -- are working professionals dedicating our valuable time & expertise, and everyone should be treated with kindness & respect.
